Elliott and Morgan are able to offer a hedge cutting service for most types and sizes of hedges. Over 15 years of experience ensures the correct advice is given. For example conifer hedging is best cut between March and October. We will always check for nesting birds and ensure the correct equipment is used to ensure safe and efficient hedge cutting service.
Below is an example of a hedge trimming job we completed earlier this year in Stroud, gloucestershire.

We are safe contractor registered for piece of mind and ensures best practices are used in completing the work https://www.safecontractor.com/en-gb/get-safecontractor-approved/?utm_id=brand&gclsrc=3p.ds&msclkid=b95b74728e0314f50b351caebd3faed4&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=SafeContractor+-+Indy+-+Brand&utm_term=safecontractor&utm_content=SafeContractor
Where possible, we use battery equipment for most hedge trimming jobs, sometimes petrol equipment is required for work that may require a reduction or cutting back thick growth.
On most occasions we will need to visit the site to take a look at the hedge and access, and discuss the work involved. We regularly trim hedges in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud.

In addition to hedge trimming and hedge reductions, we are able to remove old or dead hedge rows (sometimes conifers die back and unlikely re grow) In most cases we would use a chipper or shredder to minimise waste. If required we have reliable suppliers to source and provide a replacement hedge planting service for you.
This year, many of our customers have decided to replace box hedging with an alternative such as ilex crenata or euonymus skyrocket, which are both more disease resistant.
